Michelle is a licensed clinical therapist and a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200). She earned her Master of Social Work from Ohio State University in 2017.
Michelle offers a warm, non-judgmental space for individuals and families to reconnect, heal, and grow. With years of experience providing outpatient and school-based therapy, Michelle has had the privilege of supporting children, teenagers, and families as they navigate life’s challenges together.
Michelle specializes in treating eating disorders and disordered eating, body image struggles, low self-esteem, anxiety, and religious & spiritual issues. Michelle is especially passionate about working with individuals who seek a more intuitive, compassionate relationship with food and their bodies.
Michelle integrates Intuitive Eating principles, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These frameworks help clients connect with their bodies’ innate wisdom and build deeper self-trust and self-compassion. Michelle believes that therapy is a collaborative journey. Whether you’re an adolescent grappling with identity and self-worth, a parent seeking support for your child, or an adult working to break free from harmful patterns, you don’t have to do this alone. With Michelle, you will be able to honor your story, explore what feels stuck, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
Michelle looks forward to walking alongside you as you create a more peaceful, connected, and authentic life.
Michelle lives with her husband, two little boys, and their Goldendoodle. Michelle loves being outside, going to a yoga class, and listening to a good podcast.
