Beginning in February, we’ll be offering a 12-week music therapy support group for individuals seeking fat liberation.  This group is designed for individuals (18+) to hold space together in community and expand their relationship with their bodies and self.

What: Closed support group

When: Saturdays at 10:30 am

Dates: February 21 - May 9 (12-week commitment)

Where: Collaborative Counseling and Nutrition Carmel office

Who: Adults (18+) who are interested in building their self-image in community with others

Cost: $50*/group with a discounted rate for Individuals paying up front.
