Tracy has devoted over 26 years to the work of healing, beginning her journey as a nurse and expanding into the field of counseling. She holds a board certification in mental health with a specialization in food and body-related concerns, and is currently finishing her Master’s degree at Liberty University. Over the last nine years, she has focused her clinical practice on treating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness.
Tracy’s approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply personalized—guided by acceptance, compassion, and a profound respect for each client’s process. Her extensive training in polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and experiential therapy reflects her dedication to helping clients reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. Drawing from her own lived experience, Tracy offers clients a grounded and empathetic presence, nurturing hope and empowerment throughout their healing journey.
Tracy enjoys reading, writing, long walks with her dog, and spending time with her family. Her love of learning continues to shape her work and enrich her connection with those she serves.
