Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse | she/her

Tracy has devoted her career to the work of helping and healing. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Her clinical practice centers on supporting individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.

Tracy's approach is somatically integrative, trauma-informed, and attachment-based — guided by acceptance, compassion, and respect for each individual's experience and process. She has extensive training with the Embodied Recovery Institute and is passionate about helping clients reconnect to the innate wisdom of the body. Drawing from her own lived experience, Tracy offers a grounded and empathetic presence, nurturing hope and connection.

Tracy enjoys reading, writing, music, long walks with her dog, family time, and chasing sunsets. Her love of learning continues to shape and enrich the support she brings to those she serves.
