Transitional Recovery Program
Support for the space in between.
A twice-weekly evening eating disorder recovery program for adults, offering therapy, nutrition support, and a supported dinner in a compassionate, relational setting.
Maybe you are working to maintain recovery from your eating disorder, but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsupported. Perhaps you are transitioning out of a higher level of care and need more structure, steadiness, and connection than outpatient care alone can offer. Navigating recovery on your own can feel really scary, difficult, and, at times, maybe not even worth it. You shouldn’t have to move through recovery alone.
We believe recovery is relational.
That support should exist before a crisis. That structure can be compassionate. That food isn’t the problem. That asking for and needing help is part of being human.
And healing happens in community and connection.
The Transitional Recovery Program is designed for adults seeking more care than traditional outpatient therapy, but who do not require residential or partial hospitalization treatment. This program meets you in the in-between.
The Transitional Recovery Program offers structured, relational support rooted in a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed approach. Led by a licensed therapist and registered dietitian, the program integrates emotional support, nutrition guidance, and supported eating so recovery can be practiced in real life—not just talked about.
Clinical work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatics, attachment theory, and distress tolerance approaches. Participants will begin to understand their eating disorder as a protective strategy, build nervous system capacity, and develop greater flexibility around food, emotions, and relationships. The group emphasizes curiosity, self-compassion, and collaboration rather than rigid recovery expectations.
Structure without rigidity. Support without surveillance.
The Transitional Recovery Program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30–8:00 PM and includes a shared dinner, group processing, and therapeutic skill-building. One evening per week will include a registered dietitian for a dedicated nutrition group, with additional RD support added as clinically indicated.
Dinner is a core part of the program.
Supported meals offer space to practice nourishment while receiving guidance, compassion, and real-time support. Meals are approached collaboratively—without pressure, shame, or perfectionism.
The goal is to rebuild trust with food and your body in a setting that feels calm, relational, and respectful.

Hi! I’m thrilled you are considering being a part of the Transitional Recovery Program. Much of the program design is based on my work with clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, and chronic overwhelm. I work with people who want to better understand their eating disorder rather than fight it—those feeling stuck in cycles of restriction, binging, rigidity, or shame. I aim to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can build self-compassion, body trust, and flexibility. I LOVE bringing art, music, and movement to the healing process!
Hello! I’m so excited you are considering being part of the Transitional Recovery Program! My background in competitive fitness and bodybuilding exposed me to the mental and physical hazards of chronic dieting, restriction, and compulsive overexercising. I’m committed to helping people find true wellness through intuitive eating, positive body image, and joyful movement.
