Kristen Rosenberger, LMHCA

Therapist | she/her

Kristen is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a specialty in addictions. She received her bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and received her Master’s degrees in Addictions and Clinical Mental Health from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 and 2017.  Since then Kristen has worked with many populations and really enjoys working with young adults and the LGBTQ+ community.

Kristen mainly works from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) perspective along with mindfulness and person-centered therapies. This allows the client to really be in tune with their inner thoughts and feelings and how to change or manage them to where it better serves them and their life. Kristen also values the client relationship and has a very informal and laid-back approach as well. She always tells clients that her hope is that someone who comes in to see her will feel as though they're going over to a friend's house, plopping on their couch, and having a meaningful conversation.

In Kristen's spare time, she likes to travel and experience new places, be with friends and family and is a self-proclaimed concert junkie and animal lover.
