Lizzie completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from DePauw University. She then went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Dietetics from Indiana State University.
Lizzie is a Health at Every Size® registered dietitian and enjoys working with clients to heal their relationship with food. Additionally, Lizzie looks forward to expanding her interests in working with clients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Lizzie lives in Carmel with her husband, Nick; son, Travis; two cats, Rocky and Mochi; and dog, Dahli. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, cooking, sitting out on her patio in the summertime, and going for walks with her family.
